As the Founder and Chief Executive of Harnser Group, Stephen has created an organisation who understand security risk management and are capable of delivering pragmatic and appropriate specialist solutions for clients operating within the global energy and transport sectors.

His career allowed him to specialise in Intelligence and Risk, in particular advising energy companies about how to manage security risk as part of integrated strategy to ensure security of supply for Critical National Infrastructure. As part of his role, he also worked with Government Agencies on the Continent which resulted in an invitation from the European Commission to represent the United Kingdom as a full member of the Energy and Transport Forum, advising on Counter Terrorism challenges. Today he advises NATO on industrial security.
