Acm Somneuk Swatteuk, The former Royal Thai Air Force Senior Adviser, Joined the National Disaster Warning Center as Senior Expert in 2012. He was a member of the advisory board to ministry of science  and technology in 2008 and was also Chairman on the Royal Thai Air Force compensation committee in 2009 – 2011. As senior advisor to the National Disaster warning center he is responsible for several projects such as education reachout , allied network projects, and he is responsible for the disaster warning system for the National Disaster Warning Center.
